Anxiety of varying tiers has been something I have needed to address most of my life. In this point in time there are more elements that make contributions to anxiety, especially for highly sensitive humans. Technology being a huge contributor to the stress of modern dwelling.
One thing I actually have turned to is essential oils. I use DoTerra oils as I have determined them to be of a high best, particularly as I use a number of them internally. I actually have studied Essential oils with Dr Josh Axe and agree with his knowledge approximately how to use oils.
Using vital oils must not alternative for scientific and psychiatric care. So please see your health practitioner.
I diffuse critical oils (positioned some drops in water in a diffuser and it sends it out into the air in a first-rate mist) and use them on my skin. My pores and skin isn't so sensitive so I can use them neat. But if doubtful do a patch test or use fractionated coconut oil as a base oil and add a drop to check its strength.
Here are my visit oils:
Lavender
My first choice oil for calming and soothing is usually Lavender first. Especially at night time. I positioned it on the soles of my ft, and around my temples and neck. I will diffuse it as properly. Lavender is so mild it may be used on kids. I additionally placed some on my pillow.
